Regardless of the fact the games take so long to come out in western countries, they continue to be popular among fans, and the Yakuza 6 demo is definitely one to try out if you have a Japanese PlayStation account. This game is not to be confused with Yakuza 0, which launched in March 2015 in Japan, and is getting a western release on 24 January 2017. Y akuza 6: The Song of Life launches on December 8 in Japan exclusively on PlayStation 4, and does not yet have a western release date. Yakuza Kiwami was recreated from the ground up exclusively for the PlayStation 4. If you do happen to download the Yakuza 6 demo, then you do get to enjoy the fact that your save game will carry over to the full game when it launches next month in Japan. Whilst the Yakuza 6 demo file is quite large, the game is supposed to be absolutely huge, being Sega’s and Toshihiro Nagoshi’s most ambitious project yet.
